Booking Agreement

Insurance

If you are running an event, you must have your own public liability insurance. Should you choose to have your contents covered, this must also be covered by your own insurance policy. We cannot take responsibility for any injury, damage or loss of possession through fire, theft or loss.

Alcohol

If you are selling alcohol, we expect you to abide by the law and arrange a temporary liquor license with the Vic. Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation.

Music

There is a bluetooth speaker in the space that you can use.

Bikes

Please do not bring your bikes inside. They can be parked behind the space or out the front. Please provide your own bike lock.

Parking

There is 2 hour parking available on Gardenvale Rd and Lucy Street. For all-day parking, head to Elster St, just 200m down the road.

Cleaning

We ask that you leave the space as you found it. There are products under the sink and a handheld vacuum cleaner on the kitchenette counter, should you need them.

Damage

Please take care of everything in the space as if it were your own. If anything is stolen or damaged during the hire period, the person who is named on the space hire order is liable for replacement.

Cancellation

If bookings are cancelled more than 72 hours before the booking time, a full refund will be issued, minus any credit card processing fees. If cancelled within 72 hours of booking, no refund will be issued.
